Does Playing a Wiccan In a School Play Open Doors for Demons?
I’ve got the role of Carol, a Wiccan girl, in my school play. She plays with Ouija boards, does voodoo, etc. and I’ve got to actually use a Ouija board onstage. I really don’t want to, because I’m afraid it’ll open a door to demons. I’m afraid they’ll get into my house, but they can’t get into me (I’m Christian). However, I really don’t want one in my house. Will using the Ouija board put me in danger? Should I tell my director I refuse to use the Ouija board, or am I being silly?
PS. I don’t want answers that mock my beliefs. No atheists or followers of any religion besides Christianity. Thanks.
Why are only Godless people responding? I want Christians to answer because they share my beliefs. It’s that freaking simple. I know that Ouija boards are used to contact the dead, and even though the Ouija board itself may not be evil, trying to communicate with the devil is. SO…does just PRETENDING to try to contact spirits bring them on?
